This workshop is the starting point and contains K-Power®’s basic tool-box:

• Gain a strong foundation in muscle testing - learn how to test the 'great-8' muscles
• Use simple balancing techniques for improving muscle function
• Learn ways to balance the body to achieve the goals you want.
